It's not really clear, is he a janitorial company who also cleans carpet? Did he leave residential carpet cleaning for janitorial in order to "get to the carpet" or simple because he wanted to go janitorial?

He runs a good sized company that services janitorial accounts, and cleans a LOT of commercial carpet. He discontinued doing residential carpet cleaning in the mid 70's, shortly after he started his business.
