Why is it the best?

Let me count the ways..

  1. With the Brush Head it cleans deeper and faster than any other machine or method in this industry (aside from the 360XL but we'll get to that) You can always go faster, but you cant go deeper.
  2. Lightweight so aging cleaners and lazy techs are FAR MORE LIKELY to use it, even if for just a small area. 10 pounds lighter than the Trex Jr!
  3. Built Ford Tough. No cheap plasticy parts
  4. Includes the all important clear site tube that makes it more than obvious when you've hit deeply embedded soil. SO EASY to tell when you've removed excess cleaning solution and time to move on. No other tools makes it so obvious.
  5. NO STREAKING WHATS SO EVER
  6. Less pressure and flow needed so quicker dry times.
  7. Versatile with the available pad drivers, tile heads and gentler 4 port carpet head for cleaner carpets.
  8. And finally, in my opinion a better tool that the 360 XL for furnished homes due to size and for older weaker/delaminated carpets and see #2.

Your choice of heads but you'd be nuts to get anything but the Brush Head.

You forgot to mention the 360i is best on stairs. :)

I noticed the jet placement pictured for the quad is the same as I converted mine to. I removed the two short fittings and made them all even in length, so that the vacuum would always immediately pick up the jet solution spray.

you really need to try a brush head Loren..

You don't think I need a quad brush head?

The day I bought the 360i from you at Mikefest, I had a chance to buy Martin's brush head becuase he wasn't using it. I think part of the reason I didn't was due to the vac shoes on the older models were not as deep as the newer ones, and was worried about possible jet streaking I had heard about on the board.

I can see the benefits of the brush head on those carpets you can and need to get aggressive on. Do you use it to work in your traffic lane cleaner? Seems like a natural side benefit of the brush head.

I have had all three Loren, I played a big part in designing the 4 port to help eliminate the streaking caused by the 3 port. The four helped about 90%.

The Brush head allows you to use lower pressure, move quicker and have zero chance of streaking unless you're a spazz. It will need breaking in and you'll notice that it's not as smooth at the 4, for a while..

Grit and sand removal will go up immensely and chemical use will go down.

This is the tool that changed what I thought was possible in residential carpet cleaning. It's light, durable, and cleans DEEP.

If you're looking to gain an edge against the lazy slobs in your market, THIS is a great way to do it!
