ServiceMonster 4.7 release notes
Email Template Management – Added a easy way to manage all of your customer, order, and job email templates. (You’ll find a link to this in the Company Sidebar.)
Scheduling Change Email Notification – ServiceMonster can email notifications when a job is scheduled or rescheduled. (This feature is off by default. Turn on the Enable Notifications setting on the Company screen and update the Job Notifications setting on the Employee screen.)
FillMySchedule Approval Change – There is now a confirmation screen when approving FMS orders. You will be required to entered your initials to avoid accidental approvals.
Daylight Saving Time – ServiceMonster now auto-adjusts for daylight saving time. Go to the Company screen and make sure the Time Zone and Auto Daylight Savings settings are correct for your area.
Cancelled Job list – This will list all cancelled jobs. (You’ll find a link to this in the Scheduling Sidebar.)
Scheduling – Job reassignment will now automatically assign the default tech (on the new route) to the job.
Site Record Improvement – Added Email and Alt Phone fields to the Site screen.
Job screen – Added an additional phone field to the job screen.
Billing Statements – The email address can now be over written when billing statements are emailed individually. (Bulk billing statements will still automatically use the email entered on the Account Screen.)
Account Lead Source – Provided a new Account Lead Source setting, Copy this Lead Source to new orders. Turn this on for commercial clients where you want all of their orders to retain the same Leadsource as the Account screen.
Income by Type Report – Added "Only Invoices Paid" filter.
Order Progress Report – Added Lead Source, Subtotal, Sales Tax and Total columns.
Account Lead Source Detailed Report – Added a Payment Total column.
New Complete Site Order History Report – Added a Payment Total column. (You’ll find this on the Account screen Reports button.)
