How About taking an old Von Schrader Machine and using it to Pre-scrub an enzyme in restaurants. We have been using a buffer with shower feed and a SG drag wand with glide. The cylinder brush seems like it might do better.
I would think that it may depend a little on the carpet and soil as to which machine would work best. Keep records, buy another brand of enzyme cleaner or degreaser prespray, you may find one works better in a pizza place while the other works better in an oriental restaurant.
