What do you think about the Pro team Pro Force upright? 96 CFM 300 bucks?
Thanks Al

All I know about Pro-team is they sell a bunch of vacuumes. I have to unload their trailer every night and am amazed at how much they sell. 70+ cases at least each night.

Whats it to be used for residential or commercial?

If residential I like those commercial hoovers with a dust cup in the front like a dyson.Their red and look sharp.

For commercial I like my 18 inch hoover conquest.

Way too much handle weight. I wouldn't even consider looking any further into it. I grabbed one, realized how much weight they put in the handle and didn't want to know anything else.

Don't listen to Gary....His forearms are only 1 1/2 in diameter.

If he's spent as much time cleaning carpet as he does typing and yapping he'd be a buff dude.

An Oreck is more his speed.

I had a chance to smack him a good one today, but he was takin' pictures of my van to post, and I figured that might not motivate him to help me out....

Well that and he'd probably mop the floors with me....

That vacuum kid could probably mop the floors with me too.

*sigh*

When is it gonna be my turn to be cool? :(

About the time I get to thinking my Dyson is the coolest vacuum around, I slip up and let it eat another berber. Ate my third one just last week.

I have to keep the white Elmer's Glue on the truck just to fix these little rips.

So, I'm looking for another vacuum ... again.

I use the PV12 by windsor with the prochem name on it. I find it's a good, quieter, fairly light and durable no belts however bags are high. Now nobody else on here seems to mention or like them but it's what I bought starting out and I can't complain about it. I like being able to clean against base boards just by pulling the hose out of it real quick. Has pretty decent suck in my opinion. I think most people on these boards like sanitaire.

Anything HEPA rated, people would appreciate it when you tell them that you are not going to dust up the air with a conventional vacuum and then have it all settle on the clean carpet over the next few hours. People with allergies especially. Could just be another thing that they notice different about you.

Sanitair has some good HEPAs in the $300 range and the Proteam LineVaser is approved by the American Lung Association and should be used for things like mattress cleaning. Its $550 on ebay I saw the other day. I am a newbie so I have used neither, so take it for what is worth, but HEPA could be a nice touch.
