nice commercial jobs

We have had a nice run of commercial jobs over the last 3 months. Most no bid, just scheduled. Did one tonight 80 office chairs, 6000 sf of carpet. One Aerotech, four furniture tools, dual wands and four employees. We completed the job from arrival to depart in 4.5 hrs.@ 700.00 hr. Having the right equipment and manpower makes these jobs possible and profitable.

Its always nice to have the tools to make you money!

We have two upholstery contracts we are working currently. One we are doing $1,200.00 a week and the other $300.00 a week. Its really a nice extra to invoice. Its not been easy at times but we've done it for 5-weeks now, I wish it would never end!

When I was installing the 870 everybody that stopped by cleaners depot came over to chat. None had ever heard of the zipper and most were shocked at the stuff I carry. Some had never seen a rotary. How do guys get through the day without the correct tool. I asked one guy what he uses to scrub a nasty carpet and he said his wand.
