I can not believe people clean in that temp. About 3degrees here and reschedule the jobs till next week!
Maybe its me because I am not as happy about cleaning in it either. Must need a Butler or a son in law.

Either have a son in law with long arms, or you can do like we do and take the hose in and drop it out. Just be careful dropping the high pressure line though, the quick connect does have a tendency to bang against the side of the building or other windows.

I keep a piece of rope in the back door for this. Jon works inside and I stay outside usually.

After hitting a few tech's that were on the ground we use a rope too if its more than a few floors. We learned the hard way.

I think as close as that one was a long armed son inlaw would have worked out just fine. Love the video's Mark!

We usually just use a hose sky hook or rope to pull them up

But the son in law was much more convenient that day ...LOL
