Some people want to help those in wheelchairs...while others don't.

Let's not rush to judgment there.... I'm sure there is a story why the "serve and protect" employee did that.
Perhaps a bee has landed on the guy with the wheels... but he can't move his arms to flick it off so the nice government worker used his instinct to "serve and protect" poor cripple from a potentially deadly bee sting.

And you know what? Maybe the officer could sue the government for emotional stress that came upon him while trying to help the citizen in the wheelchair and ended up hurting said citizen.
And the reason for the lawsuit: the government provided a weakass wheelchair that easily tipped over and the officer is now in emotional distress for further hurting and making the guy's life more miserable. The officer CAN'T TAKE THIS ANYMORE! ! ! He needs immediate retirement with full pension and therapy.. Paid for by taxpayer monies.
