YesYou going to leave that filtration soil?
Just tell them that when the carpet matches the base edges then they'll know when to call again. lol
I thought that was pretty clever.
That would be a good tie in if you wanted to do duct cleaning. Homes with central heating always have heavier filtration lines.I like to show people their return air filters.
The same people that have this issue have filthy filters that they are unaware need changing
Baseboard heating would qualify…. No?Is there such a thing as homes with perimeter heating?
Could be more of a shadow than dirt. You going to leave that filtration soil?
When doing berbers , even when the customer doesn't want to, I make some excuse for them to look while I am cleaning. Just so they see clean vs. soiled, side by side. They often soil so evenly, that when you are done, they do not really see the difference. They do not realize how soiled the carpet actually is.Customer asked me to clean her upstairs carpets since I was already there. She says, "they're not too bad but you may as well clean then while you're here".
