It's been a couple of months(?) and I was wondering what observations you might have about using the CRB that you didn't have before ownership?

for me:

1. I thought I'd use the renovator trays almost 100% of the time. I've found I barely use them except in really trashy situations.. I vacuum first and mostly use the CRB to agitate my spray in. While it does dig out hair, it will spit it out in clumps that I can pick up. I can get closer to things without the renovator trays installed.

2. I thinking I might some day obtain another one but either a 15" or 20". I like the 10" for its small size that can get into a whole lot of areas that otherwide impossible to get into, I do find myself in the large wide open areas wishing for something wider to cover more area faster.

Overall, I'm happy that I bought it.

Loving it. I use the trays most of the time to keep the fibers on the carpet to a minimum. It does wonders on poly traffic lanes that I see so much of.

Ive used it with releasit in a couple apartments that were pretty clean but hard to reach with the van.

Ive also thought of getting a larger one.

Ok Mikey, I got a couple of possibilities of what you're trying to say.
1. You like it because it fits into small areas that you normally have trouble cleaning. Especially when those places would entail putting your face where the customers regularly take a shit.
2. The wheel plate broke.

did I guess right?

I have learned to spend even more time on jobs....

This little sucker makes me scrub even where and when I don't have to... Kinda bugs me sometimes LOL!

I almost never use it without the collector bins. They are great collecting what the vacuum cleaner didn't catch but mainly for shedding fibers.

I even find myself using it even when I'm going to RV360XL the job...*rolling eyes at myself* that's why I said, I learned how to spend even more time on the jobs....being a bit of a perfectionist, sucks.

I use mine 4 out of 5 jobs.. I would like a wider one for my employee's van since he scrubs every square inch. I don't use the trays..

Trays when needed, mostly without. I got one in the group buy, bought a second for my other truck. It's small but if you have 2 guys on a truck
One vacuums the other pre sprays, then first guy scrubs while second guy starts steaming.

Makes wanding easier. Would like a bigger one for commercial.
