From a commercial Inspection that I was asked to look at. 13 foot wide, Nylon print by Milliken with a 40 inch repeat in the pattern.

Here is the "before"

and the "After" 6 minutes later.

Did you stitch that or re-bond(probably not the correct terminology ?

Crayons, Steve, crayons.
This was a small area behind the main entry doors to this restaurant that I used as an initial test site.
One small problem was that I could only view the results from one angle - more on that later.

Both the pattern and the installation contributed to the problem here.
Lots more pics to come.

With a very careful examination of the pattern you will notice little variations in the pattern on each side of the seam.
This will be easier to see in some later pics.

Clearly this business of exact pattern matching is very important to us doing repair work.

So can I.

Which "look" would you prefer ?

Aside from redrawing the whole damned pattern all over 2,500 sq feet there's not much else to do.

Milliken will either have to replace or offer a discount - if I get paid to make the "offer" an option it works for me and the retailer who is partially to blame.
