If you're an Ohio Employer and pay Ohio Unemployment Taxes, Use a Payroll company AND you received a bill today, you were billed in error. Seems the ODJFS sent out bills for the 3rd quarter before 3rd quarter filings were posted. I got one today and wondered WTF this billing was about. Jim Durban is the Assistant Director, if you need to contact ODJFS (Ohio Dept Of Jobs And Family Services).
