Oil leaked out of blower

We did one job Saturday and I noticed quite a bit of oil leaked out of the blower, so I postponed the the next job.

My distributor changes the blower oil, I never have but I took off the fill cap and the over flow nut and don't see any oil? The blower moves freely and didn't make any weird noises or anything but I'm assuming I shouldn't run the machine.

I could do a job today that we will lose if we can't run.

The oil seems to be coming from the rear of the blower. Unless someone knows what I can do? I'll be headed for Steam Way in the morning. I hope it's a one day fix!

It was just an over flow, not a leak. Good news, better safe than sorry!

Occasionally I'll find where someone reversed two of the plugs, usually the side "level" plug and the top "vent" plug. If the vent is put in the side position oil will likely vent out when running. No biggie, just wipe it up and make sure the vent is in the top position.
