The photo above shows the Prefilter for Particles and Removing Chlorine . . .

and the 40" Long RO Filter Assembly for removing ions and microbes (rated @ 2300 gal./day).

It has a Bypass to use untreated water, and a gauge for pressure across the filter system.

The real advantage of the RO system is the complete removal of residue from the carpet.

This should be the "Unique Selling Point" of marketing if you have this system.

One rinsing pass with RO = equals TWO rinsing passes with our moderately hard city water (TDS =300).

Descaling HX, machines and wand jets are things of the past.

Chemical usage is cut also with prespray usage of RO water.

The prefilter will need to be changed about three times a year to maintain the RO membrane filter in 300 TDS water.

If someone used say a 25-30 gallon poly tank to store fresh water and still used the customer water to fill up on-site, would this system still work or keep up? For carpet cleaning that is...

It is only limited by the General Pump flow capacity.

This would be ~3 GPM at normal RPM levels.

We start with a 75 Gallon tank of filtered water,

and then produce the RO water as water is utilized for cleaning.

We are doing some detailed testing to determine the labor savings with RO rinse water.

You will need fewer rinse strokes, to achieve your current level of rinse effectiveness.

The pricing option for the Dynachem TM 22HP or 34 HP Truckmount is $1495.

I think you will find that NO other TM manufacturer can come close to that price.

Our pricing @ Cobb is more than competitive !!

As Chavez wrote, I'm interested in adding it to my existing system I currently use... Your TM pricing and options look pretty good from what I read... I just don't need a new unit at this time........Correction, I can't afford a new unit at this time... But I have looked into the RO system you sell for $4k and I'd rather have something smaller and take up less room in the van... Something that can keep up water demand for CC without a fresh water tank...

I have a hard time believing that a single 40" filter will last 3 years. What are the numbers you are basing that on? These filters like any filter start losing there effectiveness the day they start filtering water since they are removing solids. So how many gallons of say 600 TDS water like we have here in AZ will this filter?

Lance Golden. who is also in "hard water" Arizona, and has used RO systems for many years . . .

said he gets 3 years of life from his RO 40" long membrane (same size as ours), with yearly acid flush.

He uses his RO system for additional usage, in addition to his carpet cleaning business.

He is also producing a new RO system for TM's.

You are talking about the life of the RO membrane.

We both use the same 4" x 40" RO membrane rated for 2300 Gallons of water per DAY.

Our system uses the most efficient carbon block prefilter,

to remove chlorine and 5 micron particles.
