It does show that manufacturers and distributors indeed listen to what you say and actively participate on this board. We have many examples where the net influence of this board has changed the responsiveness to our concerns.

As you can see from the list most all of these people listed have actively been involved here helping us. If I have left off a few of our quieter lower profile members who make a living from us I apologize and please add them on to this list.

Thought I would say hi from Cleancare Australia (manufacturer/supplier) since we're on this topic. But sorry I can't say I've contributed to this board though, (long time lurker, first time poster).

I (myself, not Cleancare) am in the marketing/e-commerce/IT field so I can't contribute much in terms of carpet cleaning. (Currently learning and this board helps, thanks)! But I'll try to contribute whenever I can when it's regarding something I know more about :roll:
