Yes they are all in the house but the problem is that the keys to access the house which still with the initial owner, so i was told that i still need to balance up with $4000.00 before my keys can be drop with you for estimate and this is happening because there were some changes in the house that cost the agent more fee okay, so you will be filling up the space of handling everything for me and take the keys for me so that you can proceed with the cleaning work estimate and i will be paying for the total expenses so it can be easy for you okay. so what you will do for me now is that i will give you my credit card to charge for sum of $5000.00 plus 3% of the credit card company and you will deduct $1000 as a deposit to prepare you ahead for my contract and assistant to help me and you will be the deposit $4000 to the initial owner via Bank Cash deposit and after they have got the balance then they can have the keys sent to your location for you to start your work....letting me know that you understand. i will wait till my credit card clear into your account before you can go ahead with the transaction.

He was trying to get give me 5k on a credit card plus 3% and I would send a money order or cashiers check to the tenants for the keys.

This scam must work if not why would they keep trying???

I get these text messages about every other month. They also have a water damage one. If I have time I will lead them on a bit. If they ask you if you except credit cards in the text it's probably a scam. If you not sure if it's a scam tell them you only except credit cards in person with proper ID. They will send you a text saying they are in the hospital or some lie like that.

They send emails also.

After the very first text I knew it had to be the same scam...bad grammar...asking about shop...asking about credit card...

So I composed my answer to be the unmistakable and easily understood "Yes".

It was early in the morning, so I didn't feel like getting into it.

Okay, I have not received any of the above as such.

What I do receive are Telemarketers.

These come in different forms such as computer generated calls that hang up as soon as you answer, they then know what time to call you.

Or, callers from India, Pakistan, Philippines, etc; purporting to be calling from Australia.

I have no time for these wankers & (to a degree) have stopped abusing them, 'cos I could have people around me.

After the first call, I save their number listed under Dickhead 1, Dickhead 2, Dickhead 3, etc; get the picture??

After I got to 40 something, I just kept saving them all under "Dickheads".

When they call again, I see the name pop up & I simply reject the call.

No hassle, no time lost, no stress.

They dispute credit card charges your out money order. With no way to recover your loss.
