Use a onboard car battery charger...
Since day one we have had one attached to all our Truck Batteries...
At nite I plug in,next morning battery is full and warm and ready to start...
Usually under 20 bucks at most places, black and decker version at Wally World,17 bucks...
We converted to optima batteries years ago.But they keep them 100 ready in the am...
Also consider an online radiator hose heater...
Plug in at nite and truck is warm and ready to go in am,heat is on the minute you start...
Easy install, cut, insert add hose and tighten clamps...
If you run a rear heater system, easier to get heater back there due to the coolant is warm...
Just some winter thoughts...
