Thanks to everyone who has stopped into Club Greenhorn and chatted with us during our trek across the country.
The web cam is now pointed out the Sahara hotel window, I know its not as interesting as out the windshield of the car, but it will do till we hit the road again.
I was impressed with some of the areas we were able to stream video.
From the top of Trail Ridge Road in the Rocky Mountain National Park, to Arches National Park, to Zion National Park, to desert dirt roads and ghost town. Noticeable improvement in coverage over the past few years.
Worst road with the best view.
10 mile desert road between Apple Valley and Rockville Utah that took 3 hours to drive. Awesome views of Zion National Park in the distance. The dirt (and rock) road is nearly impassable in places.
It did take its toll on the car, we had to stop for some unscheduled repairs a couple times (in the middle of the desert of course).
We made it to Vegas and looking forward to seeing everyone.
Thanks again for riding along with us.
