Is there any issues or problems I should be aware of if I decide to install a water softner? Never had/used one before. Any advice?
Thanks!

I've got a Kinetico 50 series. It automaticly recharges and dumps the brine into the waste tank. A little too pricey for most CC'ers.

I have the Kinetico water softners in my home and on both Vortex's, no maintenance and they regenerate on water usage.
