rental unit...again....not supposed to be smoked in...and new people moving in tomorrow morning....

Do something quick....

Ever use Clorine dioxide for pet urine and if so does it work 100 of the time (not including cat pee)

Is fogging it working for you?

For these couple situations, it has worked....

It is knocking down the cigarette smoke odor....

They still need to wipe down this one as of last night...

But everyone is such a hurry...Need it done now!

Ozone treatment wouldn't work in this place either....open areas that would have gotten into the Chiropractic office below....

Never used it....

Saturating the area with an enzyme....or water clawing a small accident area is some of the most in depth I will get with urine treatment.

I will try to remove as much of the pet situation as possible, treat to relief odor....move on until the next accident....

For cigarette smoke ICWC ceiling & wall cleaning solution works really well at removing the residue on walls. If it is a porous you can just mist it on with a multisprayer. Non-porous service you have to wipe. We have found that it removes the residue and the odor.
