I have a 21" Orbitec w/tank and spray.
It has been a good machine and I have used it a ton in conjuction with our cimex.
I recently had to have the bearing replaced while working out of town. It went from being very loud back to sounding like a hovering helicopter again.
We cleaned about 20K+ sq ft of carpet with it and it is making noise again. It doesn't seem like bearing noise but from the driver area. It has a tiny bit of play in it, but I don't know enough about them to diagnose from there.
For those of you with 4 to 5 y/o machines with decent usage, what I am looking at to get this thing back to new again? What type of maintenance should be done on these, if any?
