I was wondering if I'm the only person here who uses an orbital car polisher and the terry bonnets on furniture? Works sorta like a gentle scrubber and quicker than the old horsehair brush.

I used to use a Makita that was made for polishing steel, I'd use a 8" bonnet with it. It was too big and too aggressive for upholstery but work good for scrubbing stairs. I really haven't used it much lately.

What type of orbital do you use?

With a gentle touch the terry bonnets are great for working your prespray or shampoo. Some fabrics look almost good enough, but really benefit from a light rinse.
