Can anyone share their experiences with performance, reliability, customer service with either manufacturer?

I have both a Sprayborg and a Phoenix. Both are good machines but the Phoenix is definitely faster and packs a more powerful punch. Both machines use the same 2.5 gallon jugs that you swap out as needed. I prefer that system over machines like the Vibe or the Cimex that have fixed tanks. Always a problem with foaming when refilling those tanks. I make up as many 2.5 gallon jugs as I need for the job. Uline sells a case of 12 for about $106 cdn.

We recently ordered a Phoenix and the customer service was excellent. Victoria took our calls on her off time, prepared an estimate for us quickly, and sent me a cute picture of her kid (so as a sales person she can pitch to her clients’ interests; see what she did there?). I just got a message today that it’s preparing to ship and I’m looking forward to the unboxing.

I bought a Phoenix a few months back. It does a good job, but I would like to see the plumbing for the spray system improved and a one way, in-line valve between the pump and solution jug. I’d also prefer a 5 gallon jug. Overall a great machine though.

Scott is getting a Trinity, so I'll be sure to go up and try his out.

I will see if I can find an Orbot operator I can stop to try out.

I have never relied on "shop demos", that's for sure.
He’s using it on a big job Saturday the 19th and the two Saturdays following. You know you’re always welcome

Also some guys say the orbot works better with the weight kit.

How often do I need to replace the Velcro driver on a orbot?

I've had mine for about 4 years now, never replaced and I use the crap out of it.
no offence, but when a customer tells me he's had a Glide for 14 year...all that tells me is he does once job a week, if that.

I have lots of experience with both (Sprayborg, not Vibe, but they clean exactly the same).

Definitely can’t clean as fast with the Orbot and no matter what anyone tells you, the weight kit is necessary, even on CGD.

Orbot is a quality machine, but I can’t imagine choosing it over the Trinity. Yes, it’s smoother, but at a cost of speed and cleaning depth.

When the Vibe was lots cheaper than the Phoenix, the Vibe had a benefit, but not now.

When I needed assistance with my Trinitys (nothing major), I got almost instant help. Had a part overnighted.

Our Phoenix came yesterday. We got an email saying it would be here Friday and when it didn’t show, Victoria was right on the phone to the shipping company, who said they’d been trying to contact us with no success. I called and got the delivery rescheduled but I definitely had great support and assistance.
