Large pool furniture set with black dots & this one corner thats close to a tree but not directly under it is particularly bad, I have tried Prochem Solvent Cleaner, Vac Away Spot-N-Boost & even Hel-Gel Orange with very little improvement, its not sticky & small black spots are everywhere, pretty much shade all day.

If its mold I would have thought cleaning would have extracted most of it but didnt budge.

Try?
1. Cobbs Powder Brighter (oxidizer)
2 Bleach
3 Borax
4 Hydrogen peroxide

This stuff works great. You may want to take the moldy cushions back to your shop because it does take some time to work. Dilute 50% with water and apply in the sun. The spots will fade away, it may take more than one application.

No, sadly. But this was my first attempt at such a stain. So it was a good learning experience. Keep in mind I started my business 6 yrs. ago at $20.00 a room.Yes I was an idiot who has learned a lot but not everything since then. I once cleaned a hotel for $4.oo a room. This was a time where some business was better than no business I guess, but never again.

Yes I was going to mention that, but figured it was obvious that it would be more cost effective to replace. I was my own worst enemy when I first started due to my pricing, especially with the service I provided.

Shoot , I have told housecleaners to take the rugs out and throw em in the pool, then dry them on the tennis court in the back yard, !!(when the owner refused to send them out to be cleaned)
I would think it would work for pool furniture!!!:biggrin:

That probably won't go over to well, this house is worth +$6 million & owner is a partner in an international law firm.

These people are in Lex Wexner's hood.
Been to the house multiple times. Only meant the owners once or twice,.. just in passing. Housekeeper always called and arranged.

I've always done outdoor furniture with diluted bleach. Sunbrella fabric won't even notice.

Other types, well who knows.

Update...
Turns out wasn't mold but black fungus from the nearby bushes, not sure how it is getting onto the furniture but the landscaper assure us he can kill the fungus in about a month.

I tried cleaning the worst cushion again this time with 40v peroxide, Vac-Aways Peroxident & even bleach, got more improvement but staining still remains. Knowing the homeowner everything will be tossed.

A house Concierge told me that if I couldn't get it out not to worry about it because she just zips the covers off and uses OxyClean in the washing machine.
I let her.
