owner operator carpet cleaner needed in Bluffton SC

We are a family owned and operated carpet cleaning business in Rochester NY. My father owns a house that he rents in Bluffton, South Carolina. The past tenants left the carpet dirty. They did have pets, but rental agent said there is no urine odor. We need a good cleaning from someone who will do a good job with hot water/steam extraction with a truckmount. Beautiful area, very high dollar. The local market area from Beaufort/Parris Island down to Bluffton/ Hilton Head is somewhat isolated. There was a great cleaner I met in Beaufort when my son lived there.

I'm from the area........even know/know of a couple cleaners.......none I would recommend though

I don't know of any cleaners in the area. Just saw q van or two while visiting but would not recommend them based on that.

You may need to get a cleaner that would come up from Savannah, GA which is more metro area and probably has some good cleaners.
