That's why I decided to will my business to my workers. My death shouldn't mean the end of their livlyhood. I have what I have in part because of my employees. Upon my death the biz will pay a monthly royality to my wife. my kids and others will divide a life insurance and my 401k.
My Biz is worth more operating then parting out and selling.
