Oxy Plus Prochem- Cheaper Alternative?

Was online looking at a website that sells Sodium Percarbonate CHEAP and wondering if this is the same exact product as Prochem's Oxy Plus or if I am going to experience worse results with buying straight Sod. Per.

Also, buying straight Citric Acid... "Fiber Buff" would this be wise as well?
