Pack outs

Would love to hear any tips/insights on packouts. We are coming across a lot of water damage jobs that have a massive amount of contents issues. Borderline hoarders etc.
It's really difficult/impossible to use content manipulation to address the issues. We know that a Packout is the only way to get everything dry in a timely manner. But most times there isn't even an adjuster assigned to the claim yet and a Packout is a large undertaking to do without approval.

Man that's a tough one. They hate pack outs, but if you have no other option then it's all you can do.

I would make sure to cover all your bases. Is there a garage, a basement, a bed room you could move the contents to?

If not the explain to the client it needs to be done and you need their approval to do so.

Take lots of photos also.
