Its been so long since I've bought some I can't remember where I bought it. Where can I find it again?

Haha I know Doc.... Just kidding.

I was actually looking for parflex options too and figured googling would be a good idea. Because everyone would have some more localized results.

I'm thinking about switching over to the parflex, although its unruly like a sob. What's the secrect to manage it better?

Also what's better, 3/50's or 1/150'?

You can connect (tie) the solution hose to the vacuum hose. I do that with my first 125. Never have to fight with the hose.

If you don't like that and you hang your hoses: Lay the hose flat and run really hot water in it. Roll the hose into long circles, let it sit for a couple of minutes with the hot water. That way the heat will set it and the long rolls are much more manageable.

If you have a reel for the hoses- don't know. Never liked reels for solution hoses.

Don't put it on a reel, hand roll in large 3' loops. Mine lays flat, no memory just from hand rolling.

I'd a get a hundred footer, this gets me to just about every front door. Steel braid first 50' then parker.

I'm interested in this solution for myself. Do you use cable ties for this?

I'm thinking 150' Goodyear live with 50' parflex hand coiled in the truck. I was also pondering a 25' 2 inch hose to boot. I hate couplers in a house especially with wood floors.

Thank you for the good cleaning in Llano.

I used to use those little bungies with the black plastic ball at the end. Don't like the plastic being dragged on wood.

Then I used just the bungie cord (bought a long one and cut to smaller pieces.- Works well, doesn't last long and does not have a very good grip on the solution hose (so the solution hoses can move back and forth pretty easily).

Lately I am using the Mytee wraps. They are like $10.00 per 5. They seem to work well, grip the solution hose well and when they look certified ugly, I just replace. They are very reasonably priced. So far that has been the best. And C. Havez, deserves a credit for pointing them out to me.

I just hate when the velcro gets stuck to the carpet and slows me down Zippering larger places.... The only down side of strapping your solution hose to your vac is when your hose gets dirty, you need to take them apart, can't use a HF if you do currently unless you want to drag your hose wherever you spray...

I remember the Maker Company made a sleeve that you slid both the lines through for 10' or 15'... Erik Hiltz used to use it, but I don't think it was great sellers... He might have been a beta tester... I personally liked the idea... This was when Greenie was around...

I use it all the time and carrying the vacuum hose never been a big deal. You can also add a solution hose dedicated to the HF, if you prefer not to drag the vacuum hose.

How about running them inside the vac hose !! I use a 75 ft custom cut Parflex with a 30ft when needed and an additional 50ft. I was tired of leaving lines in the poly carpet from the Goodyear steel braided lines.

Putting the pressure hose inside the vac line is not a good idea. You're causing a lot of confused air (in other words -less suction) and also somewhat cool the solution temperature.

I can see how it would create resistance with water flow but when you have a blower filter and a lint filter, you're resisting the flow with those too. Just adjust your vac relief to get your 14,15 hg

I'd do without the lint filter to trade off having a line in the hose. My water is soo hot it could use a cooling anyway. It would stay warmer in the winter.
