Yesterday, cleaning some upholstery...
Customer concerned about bugs, so she knew we had Seal-A-Door apparently from local marketing of ours.
Told her about the new Super Screen and gave her a choice of which unit....she said Super Screen and excited to see it...
Also was impressed by the use of our floor coverings and loved the Duk Guards....Even the "Fancy Blue Van" she thought pretty cool (she was in early 60's).....she had to show me her newer Convertible Mustang.
She also told me about last cleaners....they were ok....but she liked our what we did to protect clients homes and heard about it.
She also told me she loves our Ads with our Grandson and puppies (We're tough on dirt ad)
So, with all we did at her house, we hopefully will get invited back another time to clean (vs other guys not invited back)
So....thought this was just a rare occasion....
Next 2 jobs, people mentioned how we come so highly recommended....and each home owner loved the Super Screen, Duk Guards, Floor coverings....mentioned the ads, the vans.....
OK.....was it just the day ?
So TODAY....
Large house, we show up and lady has a painters floor covering covering the steps in the garage we were to come in at that door....
SO....we brought one of our floor coverings right away to set over top that....
HOME RUN!
Then, we had both vans ready, and she said, "Maybe you should come in the garage anyway, because the bugs really like that other door....INTRODUCE THE SUPER SCREEN NOW Mark!
Another home run....but NOW
she took Ron Hunkins contact information as she wants a couple just for personal use.
OK....then the job went so smooth since we had all the Duks in place, floor coverings, did all a person should do....and she proceeded to take a nap in the sunroom overlooking the lake while we cleaned....
I guess, we need to just keep our "A" game strong and the business will keep coming in....
