Described as a Premium Encapsulating Powdered Emulsifier=NO RESIDUE

Anybody using this stuff routinely. I have used the samples from the shows and I really like it. Smells great (slight lemon/citrus smell) and seems to clean like any other emulsifier. The fact that it is an encapsulant that does not leave a residue must be a huge plus. That being said, never hear anybody talking about it. What's your opinion?

Think it's over 10 ph, if that matters to you. Took an IICRC class from Joey Picket and he said it's what they use in his company.

All the talk about an ENCAPSULANT is pure marketing BS. Hell Chemspec's formula 90 claims it dries into a dry powder that can be vacuumed up. So in theory it to can be used as an "Encapsulant".

The whole deal about this was brought around by the new marketing of promoting the old shampoo/bonnet method.
And the question one must ask is how does one tablespoon of polymer in a rtu gallon surround and encapsulate soil in a 100-200 sq ft of carpet? That is for those encap scampoos.

But using a BS term for an encap HWE product will mean............it.........will.....plug......up......your.......system.

Oh no stoopit.................it will all be vacuumed up!

Sometimes I just question the IQ of people who believe all of the marketing BS put out by manufacturers.

It does seem particularly absurd to suggest that a steam (esteem eh) extracted product would leave even a fraction of that teaspoon of encapsulant in that 200 sq ' area to do any soil shedding wonderfulness.
But I do like the Performance CBS a lot. It smells great and cleans excellent. It's my cleaner of choice when I one step hack clean.

I use the CBS everyday . it works very well for a variety of soils. It has its limits like any solution . I have never had any problems with equipment plugging . I feel if that happens then your running too much of the stuff thru the machine .
