Peroxide products

[Living The Dream]

Two days ago I mixed up some Encapuclean 02 and didn't use it all and today I have another commercial encapsulation job. Would you guys use the previously mixed product or mix new. I know it's only a couple dollars worth of product but it is Sunday and I'm almost out of Encapuclean O2 and if the answer is that the peroxide is no longer active in the premixed stuff could you add something like Volume 40? As always thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Cant remember the peroxide % in that as It's been awhile since I used it, but if it foams up on organic material it's still active

I do tend to spike my encap with HP anyway

It will still work as an encapsulant but the oxydizer aspect will be gone.

I do it all the time with code red. If it sits a few days I give it a glug of 40. Same with encap.

Jimmy, you got an old batch. I've used Encapuclean o2 often with no problem. Don't keep it in a hot truck. Use it up when you open a bottle. It will go bad and start smelling like Willy in the morning.

I tested it like Matt suggested and there wasn't much fizzle. So I blended it off with a fresh batch and it worked great. It always amazes me how much nicer the carpets always look the next day. Thank you everyone for your input.
