Went on a job the other day and couldn't figure out why i could not get out this one black spot in the white carpet. Turns out i spread the fibers a part and black hairs from the customers lab were intertwined in the carpet underneath....anyone ever have that issue? Best way to get that up?

Put on a rubber glove, and rub the carpet. Works great on upholstery with a lot of pet hair.

A dual cylindrical counter rotating scrubber works great for pulling pet hair out of carpet. Typical ones you see used are

Whittaker GLS 15" or 20"
Icapsol
Used Host machine being used as scrubbers
Sebo Duobrush
Clark Lancaster also has one too

Bob's suggestion will fer-shur work well .
But just a good vaccing before you pre-sprayed would of (should of) made a tremendous difference

Bissell Momentum upright vac...$99 bucks at Home Depot
$89 at Sam's Club.

Bissell "Momentum" model...............trust me

I bought one of those Momentums... paid $93 at Menards. Works great! I do still keep my $45 power force on the van for the piss job though.
