Phew!

I dropped a 50 foot section oh hose that had a bungee on it. Went to pick it up and ZIPPER on the berber, about a 6 inch section. I felt like crap, but I told the owner right away, and went to work and retufted it with my trusty glue gun and awl. He was blown away and telling Mrs Piffleton (who couldn't find it . )

Moral of the story? Get a few chunks of berber and practice, just in case you mess up or want to do it as an add on.

Good job! I was congratulating myself yesterday after reinstalling a perfect seam despite my zig-zag cut on a WDR job. You did good as long as it looks good when you walk away.
