I've used a gallon or two, both VLM and HWE, but primarily HWE. I'm a part time cleaner doing 4-5 jobs a week so I'm no expert but I've used most of the popular presprays out there. Carpet Details works as good as anything and I feel like I use less spotter when I use it too. My uncle has been using it for years and won't use anything else.

Do you have a MSDS sheet on it?

Ya but is says it’s encap is a vacuum away like crystallization in formula 90. Not like a polymer! Probably green surfactant makes a ton of claims for 8.2 ph product.

On product to rule them all!

Sounds like

Mikes magic potion!

using the term "encapsulation" when there are no polymers in the recipe is

disingenuous....
Although I don't consider it a true encapsulant because of that, the theory is because any residue left behind dries to a crystal, the soil is also crystalized and can be vacuumed away.

It’s just the same as every other soap free product.
