I've used a gallon or two, both VLM and HWE, but primarily HWE. I'm a part time cleaner doing 4-5 jobs a week so I'm no expert but I've used most of the popular presprays out there. Carpet Details works as good as anything and I feel like I use less spotter when I use it too. My uncle has been using it for years and won't use anything else.

I saw a YouTube video where these clowns encapped with Simple Green. They measured it by the amount of glugs the jug of Simple Green made.

Although I don't consider it a true encapsulant because of that, the theory is because any residue left behind dries to a crystal, the soil is also crystalized and can be vacuumed away.
