Now that I am moving up in the world, I have a person answering the phone.
Does anyone have a script that I can use? I will quote most prices over the phone on residential jobs. So I need to know what questions a non-carpet cleaning person should ask.
Is the power, water on? Condo or House? An such...

take them out on the truck for a few days,if possible so they get a feel for what you do and what kind of things you run into.
That's also when I think of things I need to tell people.
