no 3000 for the steps, 600 for the FPA on the last minute job.


20 plus years, never cleaned, 6 feet wide, never vacuumed with a brush roll

each step was it's own project.

That's still $30 per stair!! I think Coit only charges $7, Most in SF only charge $5---- but those stairs are double wide-- so a higher price is valid-- but $30!!??
At $30 I hope you removed more then "just the pork chop"

Anyway- Congratulations on getting such a great account!!--- I remember when we were asked to bid on that big rug job. I was out of town and sent a BOZO to do it for me... He said we couldn't do it cause carrying that rug down the stair would be too difficult-What an idiot!- I would have found away and did it the same way you did..

They got a quote for the stairs from another company.. Same price.
