What happened?
I called, Joyce was very friendly and nice as always, they answered, I placed a 2 case order with a couple of small things to fit in the cases.
She said, "we will get that right out".
I said, "Happy Thanksgiving and talk with you soon".
Total call took 48 seconds, no quote needed, no quote given, no demand on my part for an email of charges, shipping, etc. All my info is in their system.
They are the best, hassle-free supplier that I have ever used. Actually, quite a few good ones on this board too.
