Please Help With B&C CRB Questions ??

I picked up a B&C TM5 question about brushes. It came with a new set of brown brushes and white but the old owner didn't store it in the caddy so the white brushes have 2 flat spots.

Are there any tricks to getting the flat spots to stand up?

Is there anything I can do to fix the 2 flat spots?

What stiffness or brushes are a must have for doing a lot of CRB to cover most jobs?
Residential?
Commercial CGD?
Hard surfaces tile and grout?

What's your favorite Prespray or Prespray combo and why?

Are most of you guys using bonnets to finish it off? I am trying to get a head start any info shared would be great . It came with Brush&clean Pre-Spray Absorb and Bonanza are they worth using all 5 gallons there all sealed unopened but if there poor quality should I start fresh

Not to mention I have 6 unopened buckets of AbZorb Dry Compound?

Please show some mercy on a COVERTING HWE

The ProCaps manual sez soak the brushes in hot water to straighten them.

We always used caddies and we're warned of this happening.

I ran them through the dishwasher on the hottest settings fixed them right up
