Took a factory tour of PMF Tools. Production Metal Forming. They are based in Klamath Falls OR(here to visit wifes family) for the last 41 years, started over 50 years ago. Still a family owned company that employs 50-55 people.

They make many of their own wands and private label for companies like Prochem, Rotovac, Hydraforce, Drieaz etc. Many valve bodies, triggers and handles are made here.

We were able to see their whole process from the head casting, tube bending, cutting, welding, finishing, outfitting, inspection and shipping.

Some of the areas we were not allowed to take pictures of because of proprietary processes or "not released" products soon to hit the market. One was from a major truckmount manufacturer. We got to see their new wand. It looks to be a 12-14" titanium, low profile S bend wand. I saw a flare on the hose end, so not sure how confident I am that it will come in 2" tube. If not, that would be a major oversight.

We also see that they will be making teflon glides soon and they will be made on their precision machines for fast production and a perfect fit everytime.

Their entire operation was neat to see so many products being made for major manufacturers. Their #1 selling wand is their 15" Titanium.

We have two edge wands, two swivel stair wands, 2 prochem quadjets, internal jet detailer, one or two other metal uph wands mostly used for cars, prochem upholstery wands, hydrosensors(at least the tube lol), sx12 and probably all the other random wands we have kicking around the garage. They make a crud ton of wand valves there.

I didn't know about the Hydrosensor

Is it them or Westpack that make the "H" frame for the Turbo Hybrid tools?

Erik the Zipper King should make a trip out there to visit

Yes he should. The reason we knew about the sensor is a guy was banging out a ton on a machine and I said hey, a drieaz product. I saw frames for the SX's but didnt notice any for the turbo

Waiting for PMF to build that 2 inch tube swivel head stair tool.

What do we have to do to get this done?

It's what we want!
