I am making a new water box for a customers prochem machine the old one has seen better days leaking and falling apart.

the new water box wont have these problems

Welding plastic is interesting, and takes as much knowledge as metal welding. Different filler rods and heat ranges, along with different techniques.

My brother's upholstery shop has been doing it for many years.

That tank should last as long or longer than the metal one.

that tank is in mock up stage right now there is really nothing to see yet

He started that about 3yrs ago. Neat concept.

I have a friend that bought a house about the same time as i did.......
we went at restoring in completly different ways....He went on the cheap and i spent MY money on GOOD stuff..
my house is WAY better than his....it shows in the finished product!
he learnt a lesson
