You should be posting your website address almost every chance you get to get the backlinks.

You do need to be careful not to link to sites that are not Google friendly or just malicious... You know...don't link to porn sites etc. shiteatinggrin

Put your website address in you signature line here on Mikey's board and it will help a bit.

Or you can post it in this thread for everyone to critique.

It doesn't hurt the site but the more links a site puts out will effect how powerful those links are.

1 link out....powerful

10 links out....less powerful for each link


Other than that is doesn't do much unless they link to a site that isn't within Google's quality guidlines.

If you link to a "bad" site...it can hurt you as well.

On the other hand...if a "bad" site links to yours it's not as bad because Google realizes that you don't have much control over who links to you.

Backlinks from this forum has very little juice. I don't think they are e even indexed by Google.

Almost worthless.

Only indexed links count.

The rest are invisible.
