Dave and John made me think of this.
when you post a url link it is best to use keywords in the text link.
such as this
Carpet Cleaning Plano TX
Search engines read the keywords and recognize the link and relate the 2.
So when you post that link on Mikey's Board that Dave says is close to worthless....this helps out.
The one thing to be careful of is when you do this...Mikey's Board will come up in your searches for that keyword as well.
Your customers might come here to find out who you really are
(as I go back and delete a few thousand posts :shock:

[url=your URL and that equals sign go here ]you keywords go here[/url]
It's probably different when you do this on your own website or other sites. Some, you are not able to so at the very least post your URL.
The point is.....Use your keyword (actually it's a phrase) in your text link whenever you can.
