Powermax on Tile/grout

I used it on a job I did last year clean/seal. It was still pretty dirty, so mixed up for carpet (8oz/gal). Mop on, brush heavy areas and rinsed off. Had to rinse most areas twice due to residue drying on the floor. Then had to still go over some areas with neutral cleaner in a spray bottle with a microfiber.

It cleaned really well, but I have never had to re-rinse a solution off the floor other than a homemade brew or two that I didn't use again. Is this normal for powermax on tile/grout?

I do notice it is hard to wash off my hands when I get it on them, so .......

Bryan, sorry I can’t be of any help on this one I’ve never used PowerMax.

Rinsing with soft water only. Chem pump is only rated at 600 psi.

David, you still clean tile/grout? You should have me do all your grunt work.

Bryan, I’d be glad to do that. We do little resi jobs here and there when they come along but if I have anything of any real size and especially anything commercial I’d be glad to work w/ you on it. As a matter of fact – that resi concrete job you referred to me didn’t pan out – they decided to stay with the crappy job the other contractor gave them – but we did do a T&G job for one of their neighbors down the road that both their GC as well as their plumber referred me for.
