Pre and Post Spraying Encapsulant

I've got 3 major commercial encapsulation jobs coming up this month. They all have heavy traffic lanes. I was thinking of maybe spraying a head with a higher ph encapsulant and scrubbing with a red pad and following up with a lower ph and a bonnet?

What's the thought of just letting the high ph dwell for an extra 5min and just going over it with a fresh microfiber blue/grey pad low ph? Encapsulation is made to save time. I think going over it twice defeats the purpose.

Or...do you know someone who can use a 175/red pad high ph to go in front of you using the OP low ph and you won't lose any time?

If you have to take extra steps, then is it time to extract? Every carpet at some point needs hot water extraction. I do love the use of microfiber pads which attract a lot of soil.

Spray down diluted TOPSSPOT no more than 200' ahead of yourself and thank me later

Boost your dilution by an once per gallon and you should cut right through those areas. Dial it back down for the rest, no point in wasting chems.

We used to use Tuway pads for the more soiled areas to give it a good scrubbing and loosen it up for the microfiber pads. Increasing the dilution did better and was faster without the additional step.

Extraction is not an option this time or I would be extracting.

I would run my 175 while my wife runs our Eco.
