Pre-Inspection Form/Invoice/Waiver

Anyone have a three in one form I can use? I am located in the great white North so know need to worry about customer overlap.

Any good I ideas for printing would also be appreciated. Want to have carbon copy style...one for customer and one for me...

The Pembertons have the best one I have seen. I'm sure if you asked Jim he would send you the PDF. I believe they even sell them already made up in carbon copy sets.

That is the best one in the industry. If it saves you from replacing one sofa it will be worth whatever it costs.

Ed, I have used this place for our invoice many times. Dirt cheap, works well.

Send them your artwork/jpeg/whatever and a week later you are good to go.
