I often wondered this. Does my fiber rinse weaken my pre spray? What I did is went to an electric sprayer which I like so much better then inline sprayers do to overspray and I know the mixture is perfect.

I religiously use Judson's O2, and If I have the O2 rinse in the tank and use an in-line sprayer or fill my pepsi sprayer with the tank, it makes a massive difference in the power of the O2 pre spray for ME... almost like im not using any pre-spray at ALL.

Some people have reported no difference, but for me its a massive difference.

Ron - with the flow you run you should not have rinse on very many jobs. I rarely run rinse. I run it on all upholstery and berbers.

make sure your HF is drawing too, Ron
have you bucket tested it to see what dilution ratio it's actually drawing?

The higher the PSI, the less they draw.
Temp effects them too
