How often do you make a new batch of prespray?

If you use a powder, do you always mix a full batch and what if you have some left at the end of the day? Can you still you it the next day?

Week to week and a half for us on a large batch we will make.

We also do make some up on site on occasion, but don't find a problem or concern using it all up in a day or two

It depends on the mix and the goal.

If you are using a juice that is o2 heavy or dependent, then from one day to the next the o2 will go flat so you will have to spike it with 02. To have your oxidizing power.

We don't throw ours away we just give it the punch it needs. The other components don't go did for a long time.

Mix at the job. Dump leftovers at the end of the day.

Liquid and 5-gallons at a time. Generally every few days depending on the schedule.

Mix on each job based on needs. I never dump out the old, it just gets used. The peroxide is still screaming the next day no problem.

We run meter less HydroForces so a new batch for every job, some times two batches per job either because we run out or conditions change mid job.

Our jobs are so varied we rarely go back to back with the same stuff

Mix it up daily, what's left gets used at the next mornings first job. CTI Pro-Zyme is our main prespray. Specialty stuff like Flex or Firestorm or any boosting gets mixed up at the job.

I mix for each job, if any is left over I use it the next day, boosting it as needed.
