Price for floating laminate wood floor removal please

Regarding insurance prices: I know price varies for region but what kinda ballpark are you guys charging for removal of a water damaged floating laminate floor? Also what about removal of Wayne's board. The Wayne's board was just nail gunned on to drywall. No glue.

We normally just charge time & materials. Its not a big money maker but we also don't get burned if it becomes difficult to remove.

Just under $2 for the laminate. For wainscoting, I charge glued on drywall prices.
