Never, its sealed so its impervious to wear, should last at least 11,000 hours.

On that 1200 how long can you hold the trigger @1000 psi and get 200 degrees plus? Are you doing tile and grout cleaning regularly? Just Curious...

flow would be the factor not the pressure
